I wake up

unsure of what the day holds

I feel so many things

Its hard to discern

whats mine

or their’s

Elation!

Energy and Ideas

Relief from my pain

inside and out

I strive to achieve them

Yet the damn curveballs

just keep coming

Makes me feel so crazy

Takes so much energy to block

I long for peace

for a time when I can

BREATHE

and simply

just feel
